妇科千金胶囊在细菌性阴道炎治疗中的应用价值分析

【摘要】目的探讨妇科千金胶囊在细菌性阴道炎患者中的临床治疗效果。方法40例细菌性阴

道炎患者为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为对照组和研究组,每组20例。对照组患者采用常规西药

进行治疗,研究组在对照组的基础上联合妇科千金胶囊进行治疗。比较两组临床疗效,治疗后复发率,

治疗前后炎症因子水平,不良反应发生率。结果与对照组(70.00%)比较,研究组临床总有效率(95.00%)

明显更高(P0.05)。研究组患者治疗后3、6个月的复发率分别为5.00%、10.00%,均明显低于对照组

的30.00%、40.00%(P0.05)。治疗后,两组白细胞计数、C反应蛋白水平均低于治疗前,且研究组白

细胞计数(5.48±1.19)×10/L、C反应蛋白(1.94±0.42)mg/L低于对照组的(8.59±2.27)×10/L、(3.59±

1.38)mg/L(P0.05)。两组不良反应发生率比较,没有统计学差异(P0.05)。结论妇科千金胶囊在细菌

性阴道炎患者中的临床疗效显著,能够有效降低患者体内炎症因子水平,减少复发率,且安全性良好。
