摘要目的：探讨全甲状腺切除术联合中央区淋巴结清扫术治疗甲状腺乳头状癌（PTC）的效果。方法：选取2022年

8月—2024年5月庆阳市人民医院收治的PTC患者78例作为研究对象，采用随机数字表法分为两组，各39例。对照组实

施全甲状腺切除术，研究组实施全甲状腺切除术联合中央区淋巴结清扫术。比较两组治疗效果。结果：术后2d，两组疼

痛评分低于术后1d（P＜0.05）；术后1d、2d，两组疼痛评分对比，无统计学差异（P＞0.05）。两组并发症发生率比较，无统

计学差异（P＞0.05）。术前、术后3个月，两组甲状旁腺激素水平比较，无统计学差异（P＞0.05）。术后，两组健康调查简表

各项评分升高，且研究组高于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论：全甲状腺切除术联合中央区淋巴结清扫术治疗PTC的效果显著，

可提高患者生活质量，且不加重疼痛，不增加并发症，不影响甲状旁腺功能。

AbstractObjective:Toexploretheeffectoftotalthyroidectomycombinedwithcentrallymphnodedissectioninthetreatmentof

papillarythyroidcarcinoma(PTC).Methods:Atotalofseventy-eightpatientswithPTCadmittedtoQingyangPeoplesHospital

fromAugust2022toMay2024wereselectedastheresearchsubjectsanddividedintotwogroupsbyrandomnumbertable
