计及储能装置与配网重构的主动配电网分层优化调度

摘要：针对高比例分布式电源（distributedgeneration，DG）并网导致的网络损耗增加和电压偏差增大等问题，

提出一种计及储能装置（energystoragesystem，ESS）和配网重构的主动配电网分层优化调度策略。该策略首

先考虑配电网运行的经济性，以储能系统削峰填谷效果最优和套利收益最大为目标，构建上层优化模型，优

化储能系统在各个时段的总充放电功率；其次，为了增强配电网运行的可靠性，以网络损耗成本、设备动作

成本和电压偏差最小为目标，构建下层优化模型，调整网络拓扑结构，优化DG和传统无功补偿设备的无功

出力，合理分配每个储能装置的充放电任务，并采用鲸鱼优化算法对上下层模型进行求解。最后在改进的

IEEE33节点配电系统中进行仿真验证策略的有效性。
