194名粉尘作业工人职业健康体检结果分析

摘要：目的：旨在为粉尘环境对劳动者健康的危害提供客观数据，保护劳动者生命健康，提高劳动者生命质量。方法：对某企业职工职

业健康体检结果及职业病诊断资料进行统计分析，使用MicrosoftExcel2016录入体检资料，使用SPSS20.0进行数据分析，使用t检验、

方差分析和卡方检验等方法检验各组人群各项体检指标是否存在显著性差异。结果：本次职业健康体检未检出职业禁忌症与疑似职业病，

但经t检验、方差分析和卡方检验等方法检验，肝功能与性别及饮酒与否具有相关性，心电图异常检出与防护措施具有相关性，肺功能与

年龄大小具有相关性。结论：企业在进行职业病防治的同时,也应加强对劳动者所佩戴的防尘护具的监督管理，督促劳动者在作业时正确

佩戴和使用防尘护具，改革工艺，革新生产设备，减少粉尘排放，积极进行粉尘作业工人就业前和定期健康检查、脱尘作业检查等健康检

查，保护劳动者生命健康。
