摘要：通过对焊接薄壁壳体零件在焊接及加工中存在的易变形、易振动、零件尺寸及表面粗糙度不易保证、切削时刀具易磨损等技术难点进行工艺分析，设计加工工艺方案，确定加工流程，从而有效解决了焊接薄壁壳体零件的加工难题。
