1基本描述General Description 本文件与相应的图纸和BOM确定了2220xx系列水煲的规格。 This document, with the corresponding drawings and BOM, defined the specification of the kettle 222001 series. 这是一款中价位的水煲，具备快速煮水的功能。煲身材料为SUS304型号的不锈钢，底座材料是ABS和钢化玻璃。将煲身放置于底坐上，在温控器和联接器的作用下，能实现快速煮水和自动断开的功能，温控器选用Srix1855型号的，联接器是P72C4型号的。 This is a middle price kettle which can cook water function quickly with stainless steel body and the power base assembly with material ABS parts and glass plate. With a Strix1855 temperature controller and a P72C4 connecter, this kettle can cook water quickly and cut off the power after the water’s temperature to 100℃. 2 结构描述（主要描述基本型号，其它型号的差异需参照附录一） Construction Description（For basic model only, please refer to appendix 1 for other models） Mechanical construction 2.1.1煲身组件Kettle body assembly 2.1.1.1煲身：1.7L，材料为SUS304，外表面抛镜光。 Kettle body : `1.7L stainless steel(SUS304) body which’s exterior is been polishing 。 2.1.1.2煲盖：煲盖的主要材料是SUS304和耐温玻璃。煲盖与煲身间为轴连接，轴在煲盖的中间位置，把手柄上的开关能控制其打开。 Lid : Which made by stainless steel(SUS304) and a glass plate, the lid is connected with the body by a axis, can open by switch. 2.1.1.3手柄：材料为PC+ABS， Handle: Which made by plastic PC + ABS. 2.1.1.4发热盘组件：材料为SUS304，发热管选用230V 2200W的规格。 Warmer plate assembly: Which made by stainless steel(SUS304), the heater element’s specification is 230V/2200W. 2.1.2底座组件Base assembly 2.1.2.1 上电座：上电座材料为PC+ABS。 Upper power base: Which made by plastic( PC+ABS). 2.1.2.2下电座：下电座材料为PC+ABS,底部有藏线盒。 Lower power base: Which made by plastic ( PC+ABS ), has power cord wiring tab for easy cord storage. 2.1.2.3 中间电座: 中间电座材料为PC+ABS。 Middle power base: Which made by plastic (PC+ABS). 2.1.2.4联接器：型号为P72C4. Connector: P72C4(Strix) 2.2电气结构 Electrical and electronic construction 2.2.1温控器：Strix公司出品的U1855型。 Thermostat: U1855 Model is produced by Strix LTD 。 2.2.2联接器：联接器选用P72C4型号的。 Connector: We choose the type of P72C4(Strix) . 2.2.3电源线：GS认证，3GX0.75mm2，耐热105℃，两圆插。电源线外露长度不大于0.75M Power Cord : GS a
