In order to make the car part can be produced in China, this paper designed and developed a set of system for automatically-cutting aluminium foil according to the requirement of a vehicle accessories factory. The system is designed for cutting the aluminium foil lining on PASSAT car-carling insulation plate. Since the equipment was used for production, the production efficiency has been improved greatly because of its simple operation and automatic production. Due to the parts to be produced by the equipment ’ meet the EU s industrial health standard, the parts have been authorized to be produced in China.
