From this diagram, we can clearly see that the logic relationship between all activities. Then we need analysis the timing of activities and the total float. Early start means the earliest date by which an activity can start. Early finish means the earliest date by which an activity can be completed. The time duration is the number of continuous working days from the start to the finish of the activity (Rory Burke 1992). Here this project each activity’s duration has been given and the each activity’s duration has difference. On the forward pass, early finish equals early start of next activity. However, when many activities lead into one activity on the forward pass, take the highest early finish value as the early start date of the following activity. And using early start add activity duration that can get early finish. Late Start m
