At the present time, most middling and small hospitals in the west have not equipped computer management system, dealing with information basically by hand, which both increased laboring intension and reduced working efficiency of doctors and managers in hospital, what’s more, annoyed hospitals’ high managers; therefore, it is of much necessity to bring in a good and potent computer management system. Moreover, as information technology developing and the time of China’s big development of the west, it is even a trend of making use of computer management systems to enhance competition.
