PAGE  PAGE 53 小型医院MIS的开发与设计 摘 要 信息化的今天，计算机网络、Internet扮演的角色也越来越重要，其核心的数据库技术正在改变着我国各个领域的管理模式，而作为传统的医院模式也面临着重大变革。管理系统现代化迫在眉睫，一场深层次的变革即将来临。只有使用计算机及信息化管理手段方能实现管理的标准化、规范化、制度化和科学化。医院只有真正的采用计算机现代化的管理，才能跟上发展的需要。 该医院信息管理系统是一个完整的面向小型医院的通用系统，它覆盖了医院主要职能和病人在医院就诊的各主要环节，是一个将医院的管理思想、医院各部门的业务经验以及当今最新计算机技术完美统一的体现。目前在我国西部的许多中小型医院，没有使用计算机管理系统，信息处理基本上还处于手工状态，致使医护和管理人员劳动强度大且工作效率低，所以一个好的有效的计算机管理系统的出台是十分必要的，而在信息化发展的今天，作为西部大开发的前沿，想要提高竞争力，使用计算机管理系统已经成为一种趋势。而该系统地提出正是顺应了这种潮流，再加上以上的三点优势：低廉的价格，良好的可扩充性，方便的管理。相信该计算机管理系统一定会在未来的运用中大放光彩！ Abstract Computer Networks and Internet play a more and more important role nowadays, when the human civilization move forwards a new timeinformational zing, its core technique, the database technique is changing management modes of all realms of our country, and that, traditional hospital management mode is also facing great revolution. The modernization of management system is staring us in the face, and a deep revolution is coming. To realize standardization, regularization, systematization and rationalization of management modes, we ought to make use of computers and informational methods. It is the only way to adopt computer modernizing management for hospitals to follow the evolution of times. This hospital information management system is an integrated general system facing small hospitals, which covers all major functions of hospital and every teaches when a patient sees a doctor. It perfectly uniforms management ideologies of hospital, operation experiences of every department of hospital and latest computer technologies.
