摘 要手机是当今社会日常中必不可少的工具。手机产品的外壳造型很多，市面上不断出现着各种款式，我们选用这一款手机外壳（材料ABS）进行模具设计。我们通过分析和研究，参照有关的技术文献，选定材料和有关技术参数，设计出这款手机外壳的模具。此为手机盖的工艺及模具设计,零件材料为ABS。本设计的成型方案为注射成型，选用标准模架，导向机构四导柱安装在上模部分。定位装置为：上模部分由螺钉定位，下模部分由螺钉定位，上下模之间也由螺钉定位。该模具采用一模四腔对称分布，侧向抽芯由斜导柱控制完成。分型设计成双分型结构，在弹力作用下第一分型面首先分型，有限位螺钉限位，接着第二分型面开始分型。根据零件结构特点，采用轮辐式浇口。关键词：注射成型；一模四腔； AbstractCellphone is a daily tool, which is necessary in today’s society.
