  所有制类型对企业创新效率的影响：基于行 业异质性和区域异质性的调节作用 * 5 10 15 20 25 30 35 40  摘要：本文利用 2005—2007 年 72724 家中国规模以上制造业企业数据，研究了所有制类型 对企业创新效率的影响，并分析了行业、区域异质性对企业的创新效率的调节作用。实证发 现表明：（1）国有企业的创新效率不如非国有企业；（2）行业集中度、行业进入壁垒和行 业港澳台资本渗透度对企业创新效率的提高有负向影响，行业技术机会、行业外国资本渗透 度和区域市场化程度对企业创新效率的提高有正向影响；国有产权不利于行业技术机会对创 新的正向影响，但是弱化了行业集中度和行业进入壁垒对企业创新效率的负向影响。实证结 果对于研究中国企业创新效率，尤其是在行业准入方面和行业引进外商资本方面提供了重要 的参考价值。 关键词：所有制；创新效率；行业异质性；区域异质性 中图分类号：F272-0 Impacts of Ownership Type on Enterprise Innovation efficiency: Based on Industry and Regional Heterogeneous Mechanism LUO Senlin, CHEN Yan (Economics and Management School, Beijing University of Posts and Telecommunications, Beijing 100876) Abstract: This paper, by using 2005-2007 72724 Chinese manufacturing enterprises data, studies the influence of enterprise innovation efficiency, and analyzes the industry heterogeneity, regional heterogeneity on enterprise innovation efficiency of the mechanism. The empirical findings suggest that: (1) the state-owned enterprise innovation efficiency than non-state-owned enterprises; (2) the industry concentration, trade barriers to entry and industry Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan capital penetration degree to enhance the efficiency of enterprise innovation is negative, industry technology opportunities, industry foreign capital degree of permeability and regional marketization degree of enterprise innovation to enhance the efficiency of to have a positive impact on; The state-owned property rights against industry technology innovation opportunity to the positive effect, but can be weak industry concentration and trade barriers to entry to the enterprise innovation efficiency of the negative influence. The empirical results for the study of Chinese enterprise to enhance the efficiency of innovation, especially in the enterprise ownership structure transformation, industry access of foreign capital and industry provides an important reference value.
