摘 要 伴随着企业规模的不断扩大,原始的、手工的进行固定资产管理工作已经不能适应工业企业发展的现状，更无法满足企业对管理工作的快速、准确的要求。而计算机信息管理技术的迅速发展恰恰解决了这个问题，它使计算机技术与现代的管理技术相互配合，来更加准确、高速的完成企业日常的固定资产管理工作，使企业能够以最少的人员来完成更多的工作，工作的可靠性和效率有了大幅度的提高。 本固定资产管理系统主要采用Visual Foxpro6.0 作为开发工具，应用面向对象的程序设计方法进行开发与设计，是一个基于数据库的数据管理系统，可以用于小型企业的固定资产管理，操作界面较友好，操作方法简单，特别适于办公人员的使用。 本文对项目的实际情况进行了前期分析。根据项目需求分析、功能分析的结果，将系统划分为资料浏览模块、资产查询模块、数据打印模块、数据操作模块、资产借还模块、系统功能模块、帐号管理模块等7个功能模块，分析设计出了系统数据库的功能与结构。最后，详细介绍了各个功能模块的实现。 关键词：管理信息系统?系统开发Following constant enlargement of scope of the enterprise, a primitive one, craft carry on fixed assets management can adapt to current situation , industrial enterprise of development already, it is more unable to meet the fast , accurate demand for the management of enterprises. The rapid development of and the computer information administrative skill has solved this problem exactly , it makes the technology of the computer and modern administrative skill cooperate each other, more accurate , more high-speed completion enterprises daily fixed assets management comes, enable enterprises to finish more work with the personnel at least. The dependability and efficiency of the work have improvement by a large margin . This fixed assets administrative system adopts Microsoft Foxpro6.0, uses the design method of procedure facing target to be developed and designed as the developing instrument, it is a data management system based on database , the fixed assets that can be used in the small business are managed, operating relatively friendship of interfaces, the working technique is simple, especially suitable for the use of the officer. The actual conditions of this text to project have been analysed in earlier stage . According to the demand analysis of the project, result of function analysis, will divide into the materials and have a look around the module systematically, assets inquire module , data type module , data operate module , assets is it return module , system function module , account number manage such 7 pieces
