试论现代企业员工培训中存在的问题及对策 论文摘要:员工培训是现代企业人力资源管理的重要内容,是企业发展的动力,是企业发展的重要环节。做好员工培训工作,对企业吸引人才、用人才、发展人才,对企业的长远发展、未来规划有不可忽视的作用。所以员工培训工作必须引起企业的高度重视。同时又要认识到员工培训也是一种投资,而且员工培训是企业所冒风险最小、收益最大的战略性和长期性投资。 本论文试通过对现代企业员工培训中出现的思想观念落后陈旧、培训内容设置不当、培训内容单一随意、效果评估不够重视等问题的研究,提出了转变企业培训观念,准确定位培训需求,强调培训的战略高度,完善员工的培训体系,建立严格的培训制度等对策,希望能帮助企业改善企业培训效果,提高竞争力,使其在适应瞬息万变的市场环境和激烈的市场竞争中立于不败之地。 Abstract: 关键词:人力资源 员工培训 问题及对策 Keyword:human resources Employee Training Problems and CountermeasuresAbstract: staff training is an important content of human resource management in modern enterprises, is the driving force of enterprise development, is an important link in the development of enterprises.
