论我国建筑工程中的安全管理 作者姓名： 专业名称：建筑经济管理 指导教师：  摘 要 随着我国经济的快速增长，必然伴随着基建投资项目不断增加，建筑施工业也随之迅速发展。但由于建筑行业是危险性较高的行业，历来都是最容易发生安全事故的行业之一。目前, 发达国家对建筑工程安全管理的研究比较深入，已经形成了较为完善的建筑工程安全管理理论体系, 拥有坚实的安全管理基础理论，不论是对管理策划还是现场实施都有很大的作用，同时为预防和控制事故也发挥了重要作用。而我国的建筑工程安全管理理论研究却非常薄弱，致使建筑安全管理不科学、不定性高从而造成施工作业的安全事故频发。近几年我国对安全问题十分重视，先后颁布了一系列涉及安全的法律法规，建立了比较符合我国情的建设工程安全生产管理体制，并且在建筑工程管理取得了一定的成效，但是还是有待更近一步的研究和提高。 本文基于对我国建筑安全管理的现状研究，做了以下研究工作，以期为建筑工程安全管理可以提出合适的建筑工程安全管理方法。本文学习研究了国内外建筑安全管理的经验及成果、建筑工程的特征、建筑工程中的安全隐患、建筑工程安全管理理论体系等。 关键词：建筑工程 安全管理 施工安全 安全问题 安全隐患  Abstract With the rapid development of economy in our country, the number of construction investment projects shall be inevitably increased and the industry of building construction will be developed rapidly accordingly. However, the construction industry is always a high-risk industry, in which security incident is most likely to occur. Currently, the research on the security management for construction engineering is in-depth in the developed countries, and a more comprehensive theory system of security management for construction engineering has taken shape, a solid foundation of security management theory has a great effect on both management planning and field conduct, and meanwhile it can play an important role in preventing and controlling the occurrence of accidents. However, the theoretical research on the security management for construction engineering is still poor in our country, resulting in the frequent occurrence of security incidents in the process of construction due to unscientific management and high uncertainty. In recent years, the security issues have drawn much attention in our country, a series of laws and regulations relating to security has been enacted successively, and moreover, a management system for safety production in the process of construction engineering suitable to Chinas actual conditions is established, some achievement has been made, but it remains to be further studied and improved. Based on the study about the
