大连理工大学毕业设计（论文）格式规范- PAGE II-摘 要选矿厂排出的尾矿水中常含有大量的药剂及有害物质。其来源为选矿过程中加入的浮选药剂以及矿石中的金属元素，常见的有氰化物、黄药、黑药、松油、铜离子、铅离子、锌离子，个别情况下还可能有砷、酚汞等。尾矿水中这些有害物质达不到排放标准时，对人体、牲畜、鱼类及农田均有害。因此选矿厂尾矿不能任意排放，否则就会造成江河水系、附近土壤甚至地下水资源的污染，从而带来一系列的严重问题，并影响企业的发展。浓缩设备在选矿厂一般用于过滤之前的精矿浓缩或尾矿脱水，还可广泛用于煤炭、化工、建材以及水源和污水处理等工业中含固料浆液的浓缩和净化。周边传动式浓缩机主要由主梁（工作桥）、中心支座及集电装置、驱动装置、刮集泥装置、浮渣刮板、稳流筒、浮渣耙板、小刮板、栅条、溢流装置和控制柜等组成。中心支座由固定支撑座、回转轴承和机架组成，可同时承受轴向力、径向力和倾覆力矩。集电装置采用滑环式集电装置，由集电环和电刷架组成。浮渣刮板、浮渣耙板、浮渣漏斗组成撇渣机构，能有效地清除水面浮渣。主梁是连接中心支座和行走端梁的大型部件，其上有走道板和栏杆，钢梁的下面连接浓缩架，撇渣机构，和小刮板等，在行走端梁的带动下来完成浓缩、刮渣工作。浓缩机机主要有周边传动式、中心传动式、矩形平流池桁车式、链传动式等。它是排泥机械中的一种常见设备，它是沉淀池不可缺少的设备。本设计研究的浓缩机为周边传动式。关键词：浓缩机；周边传动；功率计算Dia 45meters peripheral driving concentrator designAbstractThe concentrator s tailings water often contains a lot of chemicals and hazardous substances.
