海 南 大 学 毕 业 论 文(设计) 题目: 黄鳝肠道乳酸菌的筛选与鉴定 学号: 姓名: 年级: 2009级 学院: 海洋学院 系别: 水产系 专业: 水产养殖学 指导教师: 完成日期: 2013 年 5 月 日 摘要 黄鳝(Mponopterus albus隶属合鳃目、合鳃科、黄鳝亚科,为亚热带淡水鱼类,主要分布在亚洲的中国、朝鲜、泰国、日本、印度尼西亚等国家,具有良好的药用保健功能,有很高的经济和营养价值。本文以黄鳝为研究对象,通过对其肠道菌群采用“先筛选后分离”的方法,旨在获得黄鳝肠道益生乳酸菌。结果获得3株命名为LB-1,LB-2,和LB-3。随后对三株乳酸菌进行抗逆性分析,结果如下:三株乳酸菌均可以在酸性和碱性条件下存活;胰蛋白酶对三株菌的存活率没有影响;在70℃的高温中三株菌均有一定的耐受性。本文从黄鳝肠道中筛选出具有耐高温、抗酸和抗碱能力强的益生乳酸菌,以其作为黄鳝饲料添加剂应用于生产,以提高黄鳝机体的健康水平和机体的抗病力,从而为促进黄鳝养殖产业的健康发展奠定基础。 关键词:黄鳝;肠道益生乳酸菌;筛选 Abstract The rice-field Eel (Monopterus albus) a member of the synbranchiformes, synbranchidae, rice field eel subfamily, is a subtropical freshwater fish that occurs mainly in Asia, including China, Japan, Korea, Thailand, Indonesia and other countries. This fish has certain properties useful for medical purposes and is also of very high economic and nutritional value. Based on eel as the research object, through the intestinal flora with the method of "separation" after first screening, aims to obtain eels live lactic acid bacteria in the gut. the results obtained from three strains, and named the LB - 1, LB - 2, and LB - 3, initially identified as lactobacillus. then analysis of three strains of lactic acid bacteria for Stress resistance.This study yielded the following results: (1) Acidity Resistance: The 3 strains of lactic acid bacteria were able to survive in acidic and alkaline conditions; (2) Parenzyme Resistance: variations in parenzymes had no effect on the 3 strains of bacteria; (3) Temperature Resistance: The 3 strains of bacteria were able to tolerate up to 70 ℃. The purpose of this study is to study is study strategies of building the rice-field eels resistance to disease through nutritional additives. This study will study samples of probiotic lactic acid bacteria resistant to high temperature, acid and alkali that commonly occur in the eel’s intestinal tract, in order to if certain feed additives can combat bacterial growth and promote healthy eel growth.
