摘 要 近些年来，越来越多的人们正在使用互联网，互联网的迅速发展促使了电子商务的发展，网络交易也越来越频繁。电子商务促进了社会经济的发展，给企业带来广阔的网络市场，影响着人们的生活方式。利用网络进行贸易是企业今后发展的一个方向，企业要想在市场上立足，就应具备强有力的竞争优势，利用电子商务网络平台，占据市场份额。 房屋租赁管理信息系统是一个电子商务网站系统，采用ASP.NET技术和SQL Server 2005数据库等工具进行开发。此系统的使用人员为房源管理者和房屋求租者，他们的计算机水平可能不是很高，所以这个系统要求界面友好、操作简单、功能实用，让房源管理者更加方便快捷的管理房源的信息，让房源信息变得更加及时和有效。同时也为房屋求租者可以更快的找到自己所期望的条件价格合适的理想房屋。这个系统主要是实现了租房过程中所需要的一些主要功能，能够满足租房的的需要。 本文介绍了此次设计开发的前提背景和目的，结合目前租房的发展趋势和实际条件，主要介绍了租房工作所涉及的主要功能及系统开发的流程。 关键词:房屋租赁；电子商务；ASP.NET；数据库 ABSTRACT In recent years, more and more people are using the Internet, the rapid development of the Internet led to the development of e-commerce, the network transaction is becoming more and more frequent. Housing rental management information system is an e-commerce system, using ASP.NET technology and SQL Server 2005 database development tools. Staff by use of the system for housing managers and house rent seeker, their computer level may not be very high, so the system friendly interface, simple operation, function and practical, make property management more convenient and quick management housing information, make housing information more timely and effective. As well as housing rent seeker can be faster to find your desired conditions suitable ideal housing price.
