可燃性气体探测装置设计 随着可燃性气体种类和应用范围的增加，其使用场所和贮气仓库内的泄漏、火灾、爆炸事故日益增多。一旦发生可燃气体的泄漏而未采取有效的措施，将会对人员对财产产生极大的影响，甚至会产生毁灭性的灾难。对可燃性气体泄漏做出预先判断，在事故未扩大之前采取措施，可以避免事故的发生。 本文研制了以ARM微处理器为核心的可燃气体报警器，该报警器主要由检测电路、前置放大电路、微处理器、报警电路、显示电路和电源电路组成，能够实现对空气中可燃气体浓度的采集、显示和报警控制。 在硬件研制方面，设计了传感器的供电电路、信号放大电路以及控制系统等。采用仪表放大器AD623设计了放大电路，有效的抑制了噪声；选用了集A/D转换、数据存储和处理于一体的嵌入式ARM处理器STM32F103ZE，不仅实现了可燃气体检测数字化、智能化，而且使系统结构简单、功耗降低。在软件开发方面，应用程序采用C语言编写，充分利用芯片本身的资源，提高了测量精度和代码执行效率。 本文，最后对可燃性气体检测仪进行了调试，使其检测更加准确，最终测试结果符合要求。 关键字：可燃性气体 ARM 气敏传感器 报警  Flammable gas detection device design Abstract With the increase of the flammable gas type and range of applications, the use of the warehouse spaces and storage of gas leakage, fire, explosion, an increasing number.
