摘 要 都市停车难是当前我国大中城市中普遍存在的一种现象。长期以来被忽视的静态交通建设加上停车场、泊车位的严重不足，使都市面临前所未有的压力。机械式立体停车库作为一种新兴的停车设备，以其独特之处被广泛的应用在酒店、宾馆、机关单位以及居民小区等各种场所。 本设计主要是关于垂直升降式立体停车库和主要零部件的选择。垂直升降式立体停车库就其组成部分而言，可分为三大部分:车库结构部分、传动机构部分和控制系统部分。 传动结构由升降传动、旋转传动和横移传动三个部分组成。该立体车库就是通过旋转机构选择车位方向，升降电梯承载车辆到指定高度，横移机构利用叉梳实现存取车辆；本设计选择以可编程控制器(PLC)作为车库控制系统的控制核心，并根据车库工作时输入输出的工作参量，完成可编程控制器的选择。垂直式立体停车库具有非常广阔的发展空间和前景，使立体停车库实现智能化，网络化,标准化。 关键词: 停车，垂直升降式立体停车库，升降电梯，横移叉梳，可编程控制器 Abstract City parking is difficult in large and medium cities, which is a current widespread phenomenon in China. Since the static state transport facilities were neglected for a long and a serious of parking spaces were short, so the city is facing unprecedented pressure. Mechanical parking as a new parking facilities, their uniqueness has been widely used in hotels, guest houses, institutions, as well as resident plots and so on. This design is mainly about on the circular elevator type parking and the major components of the selection. The parking of circular elevator can be divided into three parts by its components: the garage structure part, transmission part and control system part. The transmission structure is composed of fluctuation transmission, the revolving transmission and sliding part. The direction of vehicles is selected by the revolving transmission in the parking spaces, and the elevator carries vehicles to the specified height, and the sliding components get access to vehicles through the fork comb; The programmable controllers (PLC) control system as the center control garage in the design, according to the work of input and output parameters of garage, which can complete programmable controller’s option. The parking of circular elevator has a very broad space for development and prospects, which can lead to intellectualization, achieve the network and realize the standardization in the future.
