摘 要 农业、农村和农民问题是关系改革开改和现代化建设全局的重大问题。加强农村基础设施建设，是改善农村生产和生活条件、促进农村经济和社会全面发展的重要内容。农村电网是重要的基础设施，是建设和谐社会的基础保障。农村电网建设与改造是党中央、国务院为加快农村经济发展、提高广大农村居民生活质量而采取的重大决策，也是扩大内需、保持国民经济持续快速健康发展的重要措施。 农网改造对建设小康农村具有先导性、基础性和前瞻性的重要作用，是建设小康农村的瓶颈所在，针对目前黑龙江省县城电网网架薄弱、可靠性低等问题，在此想通过本次毕业设计提出改善网架结构、增加供电能力、减少停电次数和停电时间、提高电压质量、提高自动化水平等方案。本次设计包含了设备选型，包括电气主接线、无功补偿、防雷接地、继电保护、调度自动化等方面的内容。 主变压器采用SF7-6300/63型变压器，高压侧断路器选用LW9-63型，负荷隔离开关选用GW4-60GD/63型。10千伏侧断路器选用ZW1-10型，电容器选用BWF210.5-100-1W型，高压侧电流互感器选用LCWB5-63型，低压侧电流互感器选用LB-10型，低压侧电压互感器选用LB-10型，负荷隔离开关选用GW9-10/630-20型。 关键词：变压器，断路器，电流速断保护，隔离开关。 ABSTRACT The agriculture, the countryside and the farmer question are the relations reforms changes with the modernization overall situation major issue.
