The formulas of the relationship between the new insta nta neous orbita l elements as well a s their perturbation a nd that before coordi nate tra nsformation a re deriv ed, a nd influence of difference inertia l coordinate ( different X-a xes ori enta tion or different rota tion a ngle i s a na ly zed. Ex periments for broadcast ephemeri s pa ra meters fitti ng from s imulated GEO orbit data a re conducted to a na ly ze t he impact of different rotation a ngula r adopted on the fitted ephemeris pa ra meters. Our a na lysi s a nd experiments show tha t: first , the i ncl ination a ngle of the orbit obta ined by si mpl ified coordinate tra nsforma tion i s not consta nt but subj ect to periodi c va riation. Second, the perturbat ion of inc li na tion a ngle in origina l fra me may be ma gnifi ed a nd then a bsorbed by t he pertur ba tion of incl ination a ngle a nd perigee in the new coordi na te sy stem, whi le the ma gnifi cation v a ri es from t ens to thousa nds a nd someti me si ngula rity ha ppens.
