摘 要 本文所研究的课题是DNC信息管理系统设计，从课题名称就可以看出来是设计一个对信息进行管理的系统，DNC（Distributed Numerical Control）分布式数字控制，是针对车间的管理现状而开发出的一套信息管理软件。 在我国制造业正在不断的发展，其规模日益壮大，因此而导致许多的管理问题，为有效的进行信息管理，本文专门的开发了此软件，分布式数字控制平台，把计算机管理引进到机械制造业当中。管理的主要内容是设备，产品，人员，角色，流程和NC程序等。管理方式是首先定义类型，设备管理如车床，铣床，加工中心等，然后输入设备具体的参数存入到数据库当中，当用户想要了解设备的状态信息时，可以直接在计算机上点击查找，就可显示所需信息。在开发本软件时所用的是C#编程语言，应用的数据库是SQL Server。 本文的设计是针对当前的我国企业的国情而开发的，面对我国的中小企业自动化程度还不是很高，车间内部集成化生产还很弱，尤其是在信息的获取与共享问题上。因此，我认为开发一个小型的DNC信息管理系统，对于目前我国的中小企业生产管理还是有很大应用前景的。 关键词 DNC 信息 DNC管理 信息技术 Abstract Study in this paper is to DNC information management system design, from the subject name can be seen is to design a management information system, DNC Distributed Numerical Control is the management of the status quo for the workshop and developed a set of information management software.
