“痹痛贴”治疗腰肌劳损的临床疗效研究 罗建平 欧阳松 李先樑 舒文韬 张智 王蛟 （四川省中医药科学院中医研究所 四川 成都 610031） 【摘要】 目的：观察杜氏外用药“痹痛贴”治疗腰肌劳损的临床疗效，形成中医“专病专药”的治疗特色。方法：将100例腰肌劳损患者随机分为治疗组和对照组，每组50例。治疗组：常规休息制动，用痹痛用P0.05）；治疗组治疗前后指标变化比较差异均有统计学意义（P0.05），对照组治疗前后评分比较差异均无统计学意义（P＞0.05）；临床疗效治疗组优于对照组。结论：“痹痛贴”是一种使用方便、安全、疗效确切的治疗腰肌劳损的外用剂，值得临床推广应用。 【关键词】 痹痛贴；腰肌劳损；对照研究；治疗 Research of clinical effects of Medicinal plaster in the treatment of fatigue of lumbar LUO jian-ping,OUYANG song,LI xian-liang,et al.Sichuan Academy of Chinese Medical Sciences,Chengdu 610031,Sichuan,China Abstract Objective: To observe the clinical effects of medicinal plaster of Mr Du in the treatment of fatigue of lumbar and to form an unique advantage of traditional medicine. Method: 100 patients were randomly divided into trial group and control group, 50 cases in each group. The patients in trial group were treated with medicinal plaster pasted up the affected tissue in condition of conventional rest and brake. The patients in control group were treated with placebo. According to the detecting changes, we calculated effective rate after treatment. Result: 93 patients went through with the entire treatment, while 7 patients dropped out , 48 patients in trial group , including 20 males and 28 females . 45 patients in control group , including 20 males and 25 females .The result of statistical analysis demonstrated that there were significant difference of the clinical effects in two groups (p0.05). Index changes in trial group are statistically significant before and after treatment (p0.05). Index changes in control group are no statistically significant (p0.05). The curative effect of trial group was better than that of control group. Conclusion: Medicinal plaster has a convenient, safe and exact effect on fatigue of lumbar, which is worthy of promotion and application in the clinic.
