3 20000m 外浮顶储油罐设计 摘 要 近年来，随着我国国民经济的飞速发展，国内原油和成品油储罐越来越趋向 大型化，其结构形式也多为浮顶罐。本文介绍了浮顶罐的设计过程。首先，对油 罐材料进行选择，使其具有足够的强度，不产生塑性变形。并使其具有足够的韧 性，在水压试验或操作状态下，油罐不产生断裂破坏。以及保证油罐具有良好的 刚性，整体稳定，有良好的抗风能力。接着，对油罐的尺寸进行计算。并进行壁 厚的计算。依据计算结果选取浮顶的尺寸，保证计算结果符合浮顶的设计准则， 及对浮顶的强度及稳定性进行了校核。设置了抗风圈，保证了油罐经受风载荷时 的圆度。在抗风圈的下部的局部设置加强圈，避免了抗风圈下部的局部被风吹瘪。 关键词：外浮顶，油罐，设计，结构 I 20000m3 外浮顶储油罐设计 Abstract In recent years, with the development of the national economic, the tank of petroleum and oil-product become bigger and bigger, and the structure is mostly float and carry outside. This report is to introduce the design process of the float and carry outside tank. First, make the choice of the material of the oil tank, by this, we can ensure the intensity and the toughness are enough, and in the water pressure experiment or operation appearance, the breaking of the oil tank can’t occurrence, and ensure the oil tank have good rigid, so the whole stability is well enough to anti-breeze. Then, it compute the dimension of the tank, and compute the thickness of the tank. In order to ensure the design criterion, and make the intensity alternate and the stability alternate. Also it establish the anti-solar halo to ensure the circle-degree. In the abdominal part, it establish stiffening ring to avoid it was blown by the breeze.
