板式全预混天然气燃烧器的设计 摘 要 近年来,各大中城市逐步淘汰市区内所有燃煤的小锅炉、炉灶，改用油、气、 电等清洁燃料或集中供热。“西气东输”的战略措施,为燃气锅炉的应用提供了物 质基础。在未来几年内，天然气作为一种清洁能源，将在国内很多地区普及。这将 给燃气燃烧器带来广阔的市场。燃油燃气锅炉的心脏是燃烧器，它对锅炉的性能起 着关键作用。本设计从燃烧的基本原理出发，重点研究了火焰传播理论，火焰稳定 性，以及如何解决回火及脱火等安全性问题，并且简单分析了通过二级扩压以降低 流动阻力损失的阶梯式扩压器可行性方案。通过设计计算最终确定出板式全预混天 然气燃烧器，该燃烧器具有显著的环境效益，自动化程度高，安全可靠性高体积小， 结构紧凑，外形美观，可满足现代人越来越高的审美需求。与国外相比，燃烧器产 品的生产在国内尚属起步阶段。随着我国社会和经济的发展，以天然气为主要燃料 的燃气燃烧器将会有更加广阔的应用前景。 关键词：天然气 锅炉 全预混 燃烧器 I 板式全预混天然气燃烧器的设计 Abstract In recent years, the small boiler, kitchen and cooking stove that use coal as fuel are gradually eliminated and change to use the clean fuel such as petroleum, gas, electricity and so on as fuel in the downtowns. The project of “the west gas transports the east” lays the foundation for the application of the gas boiler. The natural gas as a clean energy will widespread applied within the future years. The burner is the most important ingredient of the petroleum and gas boiler, it completely influences the property of the boiler. Starting from the principle of the combust, in this paper, the author researches the theory of the flames spread, the dependability of the flames and the way of how to solute the safe problems such as backfire, and simply analyze the possibility of the project that make out the press-expander by lowing the fluxion resistance. From the calculation the author certain the completely pre-mixture natural gas burner. The gas boiler have many good performance such as environmental benefit, the high degree automation, the high safe dependability, the small volume, the tight construction and the beautiful shape, so can satisfy the more and more high appreciate need of the modern people.
