北京市流动人口与城市生活垃圾的关系 摘 要 本文在分析北京市城市生活垃圾和流动人口的现状的基础之上，通过运用SPSS 专业统计软件对1990年到2002年期间北京市城市生活垃圾产量和流动人口数量之 间的变化情况进行回归分析，发现北京市城市生活垃圾产量和流动人口数量之间存 在着线性相关关系，并求得流动人口对于城市生活垃圾产量的贡献因子，其值为 1.053，揭示了流动人口数量的变化对于城市生活垃圾产量的影响较大，当北京市 流动人口数量变化1个单位时，其城市生活垃圾产量也将相应变化1.053个单位。此 后，本文提出了政府在制定相关政策时应该把流动人口作为基础因素来考虑的建 议。 关键词:流动人口，城市生活垃圾，人均日产垃圾量 - I - 北京市流动人口与城市生活垃圾的关系 Abstract Based on analyzing the status quo of the urban domestic garbage and the floating population in Beijing, with the help of the software of SPSS, the paper analyzed the relationship between the urban domestic garbage and the floating population by selecting appropriate regression model, to reveal that the floating population does contribute to the output of the urban domestic garbage in Beijing and the coefficient is 1.053. That is to say, the change of the floating population has a great impact on the output of the urban domestic garbage in Beijing. When the floating population in Beijing verifies one unit, the urban domestic garbage will correspondingly change 1.053 units. In the long run, the paper gave some advice that the floating population should be considered as one of the basic factors when the government makes relevant policies.
