浅淡城市开发区土地的可持续利用 摘 要 美国城市地理学家雷·诺桑姆（Ray M ·Northam ）对世界各国城市化过程 进行了分析。认为，各国城市化过程大体历经初始阶段（低于 25% ）、加速阶段 （25% 以上）和成熟阶段（70% 以上）这三个阶段，其演化过程呈弱性“S”形 状。目前，我国城市化水平已达 30% 以上，沿海发达地区的城市化水平甚至更高， 城市化水平达到了 57% 。依照诺桑姆的理论，我国城市化进程显然进入了“加速 阶段”。城市化快速发展与城市空间不断扩大将大量增加城市建设（开发区）用 地，人地矛盾也将日益突出。本文意在探讨城市中开发区土地的可持续发展的问 题。 关键词：开发区 现状 土地资源利用 可持续发展 I 浅淡城市开发区土地的可持续利用 Abstract Ray, urban geographer of U.S.A. -#8226;Mulberry nurse (Ray M of the promise -#8226;Northam) have analysed to the urbanization course of countries all over the world. Think , the course of urbanization of various countries goes through the initial stage (lower than 25% ) , accelerates the stage (more than 25% ) and these three stages of the ripe stage (more than 70% ) on the whole , it evolves course and takes the form of weak S . At present, the level of urbanization of our country has already been more than 30% , the urbanization level of the coastal developed area is even higher, the urbanization level is up to 57%. According to the theory of the mulberry nurse of the promise, the process of urbanization of our country has obviously entered accelerating stage . Urbanization fast development and urban space will expand and increase urban construction land constantly in a large amount, the people ground has outstanding contradiction day by day. This text purpose discuss how improve urban disposition efficiency of land resource, direction that makes from urban land to sustainable development.
