摘 要 管道的腐蚀、壁厚减薄等缺陷是石油、化工和水暖工业中面临的主要问题。 这些缺陷既可能发生在管道外壁又可能发生在管道内壁，通常只是管道壁厚减 薄。目前全球有长达数千万公里的各类在役管道，而在我国，到一九九四年底 油气管道干线已长达两万多公里，部分管线服役超过20年以上，长输油管线无 损检测势在必行。 本设计采用管道超声检测爬机，国外称其为 Intelligent Pig.爬机的内定 位是靠爬机的里程轮实现的，即里程轮每旋转一周，爬机的内定位装置便测得 一个定位信号，将这个信号转变成数字信号并存于存储器中，这个数字信号就 可作定位标记，两个标记之间代表里程轮的周长，亦即爬机在被测管道内走过 的距离。 关键词： 管道, 无损检测, 管道超声检测爬机, 里程 I ) Abstract Corrosion and pitting defects of the pipes are major problems in the oil, chemical, and other industries. Now there are thousands and thousands kilometers of pipeline in service all over the world, and in China, till the end of 1994 the longness of main pipeline in service for the transportation of petroleum and gas had been more than twenty thousands kilometers. Part tube the line undergo military service to exceed 20 years above, so it is very necessarily that the oil long distance pipeline have been examined. The Intelligent Pig is used in this design. The inside position-setting of pig is fulfilled by the intelligent pig’s cyclometer, it is also to say, the inside position-setting installation will receive a position-setting signal when the cyclometer revolves each circle, this signal will be transformed into digital signal and stored in the register at the same time. Then the digital signal is known as position-setting sign, the distance of two position-setting signs stand for cyclometer’s circumference, which is the distance intelligent pig goes through the measured pipeline.
