中国教育电子公司激励机制中存在的问题及对策研究
摘 要
激励作为现代管理中的重要因素之一,越来越被管理者所重视。本文主要从实
现激励的重要性, 激励机制的相关概念,中国教育电子公司在激励机制中存在的问
题及针对这些问题的对策研究等方面进行论述,充分阐述了激励因素在现代企业管
理中所存在的问题及激励因素在现代企业中的合理利用。企业是人的集合体,企业
的生产经营活动是靠人来进行的,企业管理既是对人的管理,也是通过人的管理,
因此,只有使参与企业活动的人始终保持旺盛的士气、高扬的热情,企业经营才能
实现好的绩效。管理的激励功能就是要研究如何根据人的行为规律来提高人的积极
性。而作为现代企业管理的重点应该是加强对人的管理。因此,企业只有通过采用
适当的激励方式和激励手段,充分调动职工的积极性、主动性和创造性,才能使企
业的发展充满生机和活力。

Abstract
Employee motivation, as one of the most important factors in modern management
practice, is receiving more and more attention. This article discusses the importance of
motivation, concepts related to Incentive Mechanism, and problems encountered by
China Education Electronics Corporations question while trying to motivate their
employees as well as strategies devised to counter these problems. Through these
discussions the article details problems encountered as the modern enterprise motivates
its employees and explains motivation’s proper role in the modern business environment.
A business is a collection of people, and its successful operation hinges on the
performance of its employees. Business management is not only the management of
people, but also management through people. Thus, only when those involved in the
business’ operations remain highly motivated and excited can the business succeed and
achieve its goals. The study of motivation under the context of management is, in fact, a
study of how to improve employees’ enthusiasm through examining their behavioral
patterns. As a modern enterprise, management focus should rest on strengthening human
resource management. Therefore, a business must carefully balance appropriate
motivation techniques and strategies to maximize its employees’ enthusiasm, creativity,
