·530 · Chinese Journal of Behavioral Medi cal Science 10( 6) ,200 1 基础研究·论著 硬膜外腔注射磷脂酶A2 对大鼠疼痛相关行为的影响 1 1 2 1 1 1 1 1 3 贺石生 , 侯铁胜 , 单晓巍 , 李明 , 赵杰 , 傅强 , 李少华 , 鲁凯武 , 王吉力 ( 1 . 第二军医大学附属长海医院骨科, 上海 200433 ; 2 . 第二军医大学出版社, 上海 200433 ;3 . 复旦大学医学院解剖教研室, 上海 200000) 摘要: 目的 探讨磷脂酶 A2 在腰腿痛发病 中的作用。方法 在大 鼠的硬膜外腔 注射磷脂酶 A2 , 然后观 察大 鼠后肢 的运 动功能并对热刺激 回缩潜伏期及机械刺激 回缩阈值进行测定。结果 大 鼠在磷脂酶A2 注射的早期( 3 ～9d) 出现较明显 的运 动功能障碍, 然后逐渐恢复正常, 早期( 3 ～6d) 出现热刺激 回缩潜伏期缩短及机械刺激 回缩阈值降低, 晚期表现为热刺激 回缩 潜伏期延长及机械刺激 回缩阈值升高。结论 硬膜外腔注射磷脂酶 A2 能使大 鼠的痛觉行为产生明显的变化, 它可能在椎 间 盘突出症患者腰腿痛的发病 中起重要的作用。 关键词: 磷脂酶A2 ; 椎 间盘; 疼痛 The effect of inj ecting phospholipase A into the cavumepidurale on the rat’s pai n-related behavior HE Shi- sheng , HOU Tie- 2 shen g , S HAN Xi ao- wei , et al .
