京津冀都市圈合作背景下大厂县产业体系的构建与发展研究 摘要 区域经济发展的核心是其产业的发展及其结构综合素质的提高，因为区域产 业的规模和发展水平代表着一定区域经济的规模和发展水平，决定着一定区域在 全国或更高层次区域分工体系中的地位和作用，对一定区域的整体发展具有决定 意义，所以提高区域产业的综合素质增强其竞争能力，进而增强区域的总体实力 和竞争力，促进区域经济发展就要在区域国民经济产业结构调整的过程中构建科 学、合理的产业发展体系，加快其产业结构的升级和转换，促进区域经济发展是 区域经济发展战略的重要组成部分。 本文在借鉴区域经济学、产业经济学中有关区域分工与合作理论的基础上， 阐明了科学、合理的区域产业体系构建对区域经济增长的重要作用；通过对大厂 县域经济和产业发展的基本状况和制约因素的深入分析，阐明了大厂县域经济和 产业发展的制约“瓶颈”和比较优势，继而在重点研究京津冀都市圈经济一体化 发展过程中大厂县域经济发展面临的机遇和挑战基础上，确定了大厂县产业体系 构建的原则基准，大厂县产业体系发展的思路定位，构建了适合大厂县经济发展 的科学、合理的产业体系架构；在文章的最后，还提出了在京津冀都市圈经济一 体化发展过程中保证大厂县产业体系健康、可持续发展的政策建议。 关键词：京津冀都市圈 区域经济合作 县域经济增长 产业体系构建 2 京津冀都市圈合作背景下大厂县产业体系的构建与发展研究 Abstract The regional economic development depends on the regional industry development and the improvement in overall quality of the structure, because the regional industry scale and the level are representing a regional economies whole development scale and the level and deciding a region in the bigger region or in the national division of labor systems status and the function, the region industrys construction and development have the decisive significance to a regions integral development.
