试析中国和东盟关系对越南的影响 摘 要 冷战结束后，东亚的国际关系格局与地区政治发生了重大的结构性调整与变 化。作为东亚的主要政治、经济主体的中国和东盟，在已实现双边对话以及多 边合作的基础上，区域合作的广度与深度在不断发展。传统国家利益的发展理 念所衍生的对共同利益的追求使得东亚各国日益走向合作与共同发展的道路。 可以说，中国和东盟的互动发展关系直接影响到东亚区域合作的发展进程。 越南是东亚区域内的一个国家，同时是东盟的成员国，从改革开放以来一直 奉行全方位外交，注重发展与邻国的友好交往，所以中国和东盟关系的发展与 变化对越南的经济、政治和外交等领域有着很大的影响。因此，分析其影响以 给出越南对上述两个主体的一些政策建议是越南外交中的一项重要任务。 关键词：多边合作；东亚区域；中国和东盟 1 试析中国和东盟关系对越南的影响 Abstract Since the Cold War ended, the international relations and regional politics in East Asia have undergone profound structural adjustments and changes. China and ASEAN, as the major political and economic entity in East Asia, continuously deepen and expand regional cooperation on the basis of bilateral dialogues and multilateral coordination. The evolution of the traditional notion of national interests leads to pursuit of the common interests among different nations, therefore increasingly encourages East Asian countries to choose a road of cooperation and common development. The interactions of China and ASEAN, so to speak, have a direct bearing on the process of regional cooperation. Located in East Asia and as a member state of ASEAN, Vietnam has always pursued a foreign policy of all rounds since it adopted reform and opening up, emphasizing the significance of friendly relations with the neighbor countries. So developments and changes in relations with China and ASEAN produce great effects on Vietnamese economy, politics and diplomacy. That’s why we see it as an important task in Vietnamese diplomacy
