摘 要 风险投资作为推动高新技术产业发展的重要力量，近年来受到国内上上下下各个方面的广泛关注。目前国内大部分的风险投资项目的资金支持都是来源于政府基金，所以风险投资模式也以政府主导型为主，但随着国内高新产业项目的不断开发，政府基金已经应接不暇，外资的引入已经是一种趋势，不论是从国外引进的先进技术水平及管理手段和减少国内本身项目失败时的受损程度来说，外商风险投资都是缓解矛盾的最佳办法。而江西作为全国外商风险投资业相对落后的地区，如何引进风险投资业成为企业家和政府们着重考虑的问题，所以也是我此次选择该题的初衷。本文的拟造也是参考了众多文献及一些国际风险投资的报告来写，得出结论：对于江西高新技术企业来说，要成功吸引到国外风险投资资金，首先要对企业本身进行合理评估，开发出合适的项目，制定好严谨的管理体系，记录好清晰明了的财务帐目，懂得把握风险投资商的兴趣等等；对于政府，要制定出好的税收优惠政策，完善法律法规制度等等。外商风险投资在江西之路已迈开，但还需更大的努力。 【关键词】风险投资 高新技术企业 引进外资 Abstract Venture capital has been paid attention extensively in all aspects as the important power of promoting high and new technology industry. Many of venture capital projects are invested by government, therefore which are in the charge of government. But with the development of domestic high and new technology projects, government capital isn’t able to meet the demand, while foreign capital is in deep need, not only in the term of the bringing of advanced technology and management method, but also of the decrease the loss of projects failure, foreign capital is the best way to ease contradiction. Jiangxi as a inferior province in venture investment to others, it is important for the enterprise and government to think of how to bring foreign venture investment，so it is the reason that I chose this topic. This article was made a reference to many documents and some reports of international venture capital, led to the conclusion: for Jiangxi high and new technology enterprise, to attract foreign venture capital, first is to evaluate reasonably the enterprise itself, to explore good project, to draw up strict management system, to record clear finance accounts, understanding how to get interest of venture investors and so on; for government, is to draw up favorable tax policy, to perfect law system and so on.
