摘 要 当今拥有互联网接入功能的移动电子电话已经普及，人们通过计算机与互联网连接获取信息，电子商务在世界的普及和发展，给人们带来了很多改变。移动通信技术的革新、应用，使移动手机不再是神话。移动电话以无线通信方式方便地提供随时随地的交流与沟通。随着生活节奏的加快，人们需要更快速更便捷的方式来获得各方面的信息。如：随时随地的收发电子邮件、查阅新闻、股票信息、订购各种急需商品，即实现移动互联。这使移动电子商务—一种新型的电子商务模式应运而生。 本文针对中国移动电子商务的应用进行分析，研究中国移动电子商务的发展前景。首先，浅析了移动电子商务的概念问题，包括移动电子商务的产生、概念、特点。接着，对移动电子商务的相关技术进行了分析，有WAP技术推进、移动通信技术的变革等。它们给移动电子商务带来技术支持。进一步对移动电子商务安全问题进行研究，从技术和法律两方面着手。最后在移动电子商务的应用方面分析，对我国移动电子商务进行研究，从而促进我国移动电子商务的快速发展。 [关键词] 移动电子商务 WAP 3G 移动通信技术 Abstract The innovation and application of mobile communicating technology make mobile telephone a reality rather than a myth. Mobile telephones that can be linked to the internet to receive information are wildly used nowadays and people can make communication whenever they want by using it. Because of the acceleration of life temp, people need to get all kinds of information more promptly and conveniently. We need to send and receive e-mails, look over news, refer to stock messages, order commodities urgent need and so on, no matter when and where we are. This makes a new e-business model—mobile e-business comes into being. This article is prominently an analysis of the status quo and prospect of mobile e-business in China. First, it makes a simple analysis of the concept of mobile e-business including the generation, concept and character. Then, it introduces the technologies in relation to mobile e-business including WAP propelling technology and the innovation. Of mobile communicating technology. It still makes a further study of the security of mobile e-business in terms of technology and law. Finally it makes an analysis of the application of prospect of mobile e-business in China.
