南昌航空大学学士学位论文 南昌市协同配送网络构建及优化研究 学生姓名： 杨敏 班级：050943 指导老师： 周叶 摘要：发展我国现代物流业必须加快对现有物流资源的整合，当前资源整合的低效 率制约了物流发展的潜力发挥。共同配送作为一种有效的社会资源整合模式，可以达 到配送作业的经济规模，提高物流作业的效率，降低企业营运成本。 本文主要通过分析南昌市物流配送中心的现状，提出了建设区域协同配送网络以 达到整个南昌市配送网络的优化配置。从总成本最小化入手，在不考虑固定成本下寻 求配送中心的配送点及配送量的优化，在收集每个配送中心到各需求点的路程，配送 量及费用等信息的基础上，建立一个总成本最小化模型。 最后采用运筹学软件 WinQSB 进行求解，得到了整个协同配送网络重新优化后的 配送点及配送量，使得整个配送费用比没有实行协同配送前的费用减少了 20.85%， 达到了较好的优化效果。 关键词：协同配送 配送网络 模型 WinQSB 优化 指导老师签名： 南昌航空大学学士学位论文 Research on the Joint Distribution Network Construction and Optimization in Nanchang City Student name:Yang Min Class:050943 Supervisor: Zhou Ye Abstract: The development of our country modern logistics must speed up the integration of the existing logistics resources because the current resource of low efficiency has restricted the development of logistics potential. Joint distribution as an effective model of social resources, can achieve economics of scale distribution operations, improve the efficiency of logistics operations and reduce operation cost. In this dissertation, based on the analysis on the present situation of the distribute center in Nanchang city, the construction of regional synergy distribution network is proposed in order to achieve the optimal allocation of distribution network. For minimizing the total cost, without taking into account the fixed costs of distribution centers, optimization mode of the distribution points and distribution volume will be found.
