摘 要 酒店采购管理系统是一个酒店不可缺少的部分，它的内容对于酒店的决策者和管理者来说都至关重要，所以酒店采购管理系统应该能够为用户提供充足的信息和快捷的查询手段。 本系统是在Windows Xp 平台下，运用ASP技术实现，后端数据库采用SQL SERVER 2000作为数据库服务器，前端开发工具使用Macromedia Dreamweaver 8。系统设计了六大模块，基础信息模块、采购管理模块、库存管理模块、查询统计模块、往来管理模块和系统设置模块六部分。本系统具有操作员使用简单、界面直观等优点。 本系统介绍了对酒店采购管理系统的详细的需求分析，然后给出了设计方案和具体实现的步骤。设置了用户的权限，便于管理员的操作，能进行采购信息的管理与查询，加强了酒店采购管理，降低采购成本，提高系统工作效率、管理水平和服务质量，对酒店提升竞争力具有十分重要的意义。 关键词：酒店采购管理，商品采购，商品入库查询  Abstract Hotel Procurement Management System is an indispensable part of the hotel, and its content for the hotel for both policy makers and managers is essential, so the hotel procurement management system should be able to provide users with adequate information and means of quick query. This system is in Windows under the Xp platform, utilizes the ASP technology realization, rear end the database uses SQL SERVER 2000 to take the database server, front end the development kit uses MacromediaDreamweaver 8.System design six big modules, foundation information module, purchase administration module, stock management module, inquiry statistics module, intercourse administration module and system establishment module six parts.This system has the operator to use, the contact surface simply direct-viewing and so on the merits. This system introduced to the hotel purchase management system management system detailed demand analysis, then has given design proposal and the concrete realization step.Has established users jurisdiction, is advantageous for managers operation, can carry on the purchase information the management and the inquiry, strengthened the hotel purchase management, reduces the purchase cost, enhances the system working efficiency, the management level and the grade of service, has the extremely vital significance to the hotel promotion competitive power.
