Large floating population had made great contributions to the development and construction of Guangdong,in the mean time, they also bring a lot of pressure of social security, sanitation, family planning and other social management. Providing quality services for migrant population, Implement of strict security management, protecting the legitimate rights and benefits and promoting migrants and local residents live in harmony become a problem worthy of our consideration. Key words: Floating Population management service consideration 导言 随着大量外来人口的涌入，这一特殊群体为广东省的城市建设和服务做出了重要贡献，
