摘 要 煤炭企业作为国家重要的基础行业，是国家经济快速发展的重要保障，在社会经济的发展中，具有举足轻重的地位和作用。煤炭企业信息化是现代煤炭企业的必然趋势，通过信息化来加快煤炭企业的发展，提高煤炭企业的核心竞争力，能使其有效地应对来自国内外市场的挑战。目前，企业在信息化建设方面，“重建设，轻评估”已经成为企业的通病，因此，研究制订煤炭企业的信息化，是一个具有探索意义的重大课题。 本文首先讲述了信息化对煤炭企业的重要性、国内外煤炭企业的信息化现状以及我国煤炭企业信息化存在的问题；然后以平遥煤化集团为例，描述了其信息化现状；最后从各个方面分析平遥煤化集团信息化建设中存在的一些问题，并针对这些问题提出相应的对策。通过平遥煤化集团的信息化建设研究与实施，改造和提升传统产业，提高平遥煤化集团的核心竞争力，并实现平遥煤化集团可持续发展也是本文最终希望达到的目的。 关键词：信息化；企业信息化；煤炭企业 Abstract The coal industry as the countrys basic industries， is an important guarantee for the countrys rapid economic development and has a pivotal position and role in the socio-economic development. Coal enterprises informatization is the inevitable trend of modern coal enterprises. Speed up the development of coal enterprise by informatization， improve the key competitiveness of the coal enterprise， that can make it tackle the challenge from domestic and international markets effectively. At present， in the information building，“heavy construction， light assessment has become a common problem of the enterprise， therefore， to study and formulate the informatization of coal enterprises， is a major issue to explore the significance of coal enterprises . This article first of all describe the importance of coal enterprises informatization，the information-based situation of coal enterprises at home and abroad as well as the problems of Chinas coal enterprise informationThen Pingyao Coal Group， for example， describes the current situationFinally， from all aspects of analysis of some of the problems that exist in the information construction of Pingyao Coal Group， and to propose appropriate countermeasures to tackle the problem. Through research and implementation of information construction of Pingyao Coal Group，transforming and upgrading traditional industries， enhancing the key competitiveness of Pingyao Coal Group， and to achieve the Pingyao Coal Group sustainable development is the purpose of this article ultimately.
