论 文 摘 要 随着时代的发展，人类已经进入到信息化社会，网络世界逐渐发展壮大成熟， 人们对网络的需求越来越高。市场需要一个能满足人们各种需求的网络，即电信网、计 算机网和有线电视网三网融合的网络。 本文首先介绍了三网融合在国内外现状，并有针对性地介绍了三网发展现状及国内 上市公司经营现状，详细的阐述了三网融合对不同类型上市公司的正、负面影响；分析 了三网融合条件下不同类型媒体的发展特性；概括了媒介对三网融合后竞争加剧所采取 的对策；同时预测了三网融合前提下，媒介上市公司的经营前景。 根据国内的实际情况，三网融合将带来业务创新、促进现有产业链发生改变。而作 为该融合性产业链的领导者之一，广电运营商已经在努力寻找和创造一种合理的盈利模 式，以期实现多产业共赢，让整条产业链上的企业包括有线电视运营商和各类节目提供 商在各自领域都能受益于三网融合、是整条产业链获得新的生命力。为此，论文对各类 传媒上市公司的需求现状做了大量的分析和调研，并且作了详细的可行性论证，为未来 整个传媒行业的发展提供借鉴参考。 关键词：三网融合，媒介经营，上市公司 5 ABSTRACT ABSTRACT AABBSSTTRRAACCTT As technology developed, mankind has entered the information society, the network inthe worldhas grown mature,Peoplesdemand on thenetwork grows dayby day. A network convergency is aroused by the market. It satisfies various needs of a network, that the telecommunications network, computer network and cable television networks in the network. This thesis listed network convergency situation at home and abroad, and also introduced the current status of three networks and domestic listed media companies. The thesis also elaborated how net work convergency impacts different types of listed companies, both positive and negative aspects; outlined a media competition of the three are integrated measures taken under convergency; predictied the viability of media companies regarding convergence as a premise. According to the real situation, the three networks will bring business innovation to promote changeinthe existing chain.As the integration of industrial chain, radioand television operators have been trying to find and create a reasonable profit model, in order to achieve multi-industry win-win situation for the whole industry chain.
