要 随着信息技术不断渗透到社会生活的各个领域和各个方面，随着信息高速公 路的兴建，教育信息化的概念被提出来。各国相继制定了推进本国教育信息化的 计划，重新调整教育的培养目标，制定教育改革方案，采取相应措施，加快推进 教育信息化的建设。 教育评 被称为现代教育研究领域的三大领域之一，近年来备受国外学者的 关注。传统的学生学习评 方法单一、片面不能很好地反映课程的主次关系以及 学生知识结构、学生的学习情况。如何适应当前教育信息化的形势，利用已有的 信息手段推动学生学习评 的发展，使学习评价结果更准确、有效、全面已成为 围绕现代教育管理者的一个重要问题。 本文通过运用个人经验法和集体经验法对学习评 指标进行设置。同时，运 用特尔斐法(Delphi Technique)和层次分析法(AHP)对评 指标权重进行设定。在确 立了评 指标及指标权重的基础上，针对大学生专业学习特 运用 Z 分数对学生 学习过程中的学习情况进行评 。利用 T 分数得到学生的专业素质特 ，形成一 个学生学习的综合评 。 本文讨论了基于.NET 的B/S 三层结构的学习评 系统构架、系统数据库模型 及功能模块的设计。 关键词：教育评 学习评 特尔斐法 层次分析法 Z 分数 T 分数 1 Abstract The concept of information education has been brought out with the prompt construction of information superhighway and the continuous spreading of information technology into all works and aspects of social activity. Countries around the world are promoting the program of information education one after the other, readjusting the aims of education and establishing the reform plan or making proper measures in order to boost the information construction. Education Evaluation is known to be one of the three big fields of modern education research and doubly attracting the attention of those foreign scholars as well. Traditionally, student s study evaluation is just fulfilled according to the school report card and teacher s intuitionist impression, which is always unilateral and single to acquire some results from some simple average operations, but not to well reflect the courses relation of primary and secondary and the students knowledge structure or their digestive knowledge points.
