摘 要 在国际资本市场上，特别是进入21 世纪以后，私募股权基金发展迅速，成为 仅次于银行贷款和 IPO 的重要融资手段。近年来随着中国经济的持续高速发展， 本土私募股权基金与外资私募股权基金发展迅速，股权投、融资金额不断创出新 高，投资所涉及的类型、产业范围逐步扩大，中国已逐渐成为亚洲最活跃的私募 股权投资市场之一。可以预见，随着多层次市场资金的注入，我国私募股权基金 市规模将继续发展壮大，中国的私募股权基金市场也将更加活跃。 本文 对我国发展私募股权基金的必要性和可行性做深入分析的基础上，通 过直观的数据、图表分别从筹资现状、投资现状以及退出现状三个方面，介绍了 我国私募股权基金的发展现状，并对我国 发展私募股权基金过程中所存在的问 题进行了较为全面的总结，主要包括：缺少良好的法制和政策环境；合格的投资 者群体较为狭窄；缺乏优质投资项目资源；私募股权基金资本退出机制尚不完善； 缺乏有效的中介组织。最终有针对性的提出了我国发展私募股权基金的政策建议。 关键词：私募股权基金；现状；问题 1 Abstract In the international capital markets, particularly in the 21st century, private equity funds developed rapidly, and have become an important mean of financing second only to the bank loans and IPO. Recent years, with sustained rapid development of Chinas economy, local private equity funds and the foreign private equity funds developed rapidly, and equity investment and financing continues to record high. The scopes of investment involved and the type of industry gradually expand; China has become Asias most active private equity market. It can be expected that, with the inj ection of multi-level market funds, private equity fund market in China will continue to grow, and China s private equity market will be more active. Based on an in-depth analysis of the necessity and feasibility of the development of private equity funds in China, and through intuitive data and charts, the thesis introduces Chinas current development of private equity funds, and gives a comprehensive summary of the problems in the process of the development of our private equity funds, from the aspects of current funding status, investment status and withdrawal status respectively.
