Abstract
ABSTRACT: In 21 century, with the influences of a serious of macroscopic
readjustment and control policies on land, finance, etc, the development and
management methods that the real estate firms was used to using are facing unlimited
challenges; those companies competition situation will also have fundamental changes,
facing reshuffle. In order to get the competitive advantages for a long-term development
in future high-competition market, the real estate firms must develop their core
competitiveness; the core competitiveness is closely correlated with their management
level. More and more companies realize that people are the primary productive force.
The human resource management of a company is closely related with its business
strategy, company structure, and company culture, and has its unique characteristics.
Human resource management is the core of company management, while the
performance management is the core of human resource management. All the
improvements companies make will finally improve employees and organizations
performance. Through performance management and performance examination, it
forms a performance-focusing company culture; with continuing communications
between teams, we will permeates companies goal, build management loop, encourage
team learning, and reach the same vision.
Wenzhou Metallurgical Real Estate Development Company has the background as
a nation-owned business. The performance evaluation is using in the company, but
