要 在市场经济条件下，资本运作是企业经营战略的根本性变革，而资本运作的 关键是对资本运作模式的战略性选择，使资本得到迅速扩张、有效积聚和最优配 置。企业发展速度快、业务扩展迅速的特点决定了企业资本运作的迫 性。 本文运用企业资本运作的基本理论，围绕追求企业价值最大化，以定性分析 为主，定量分析为辅对正泰集团的资本运作历程进行实证分析，然后通过分析低 压电器行业现状和正泰集团所处的行业地位，进而运用SWOT 全面分析研判正泰集 团的优势、劣势、机会和威胁，指出了正泰集团资本运作的总体思路，然后在此 总体思路指导下，设计出正泰集团深化资本运作的具体策略，并对策略的实施提 出了配套措施建议。 关键词：资本运作 正泰集团 研究 1 Abstract Under the market economy condition, the capital operation is the root that the business enterprise conducts strategy change, while the key to capital operation is the strategic choice of capital operation mode which makes the capital extend quickly, accumulate effectively and get optimum allocation. Enterprise development speed and rapid business expansion characteristics determine the urgency of the operation of enterprise capital. In this paper, by using of the basic theories of the capital operation and centering on the business pursuing maximized value, the author carries on substantial evidence analysis supported by qualitative analysis as principal and quantitative analysis to analyze the capital operation course of the Chint group. By analyzing the status of low-voltage electrical industry and the status of Chint Group in the industry, the paper use a comprehensive SWOT analysis to point out the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats of Chint Group. It finally shows the general idea of Chint capital operation, under the guidance of which, it designed a specific strategies for deepening of capital operation of Chint Group and put forward supporting measures for the implementation of the strategies.
