论文摘要 西汉中后期诸侯王地位逐渐下降、权力逐渐缩减。他们不仅在政治上、经济 上受到很多限制，而且在社会活动中也失去很多自由。在这种环境中生存，他们 心中必定出现极大反差，犯下种种荒诞不稽、残暴不仁的罪行司空见怪、不足为 奇。本文主要从犯罪类型、所受刑罚以及监督与司法程序三方面考查，分别揭示 出：西汉中后期诸侯王政治地位、权利的变迁过程以及心态、行为呈现出的不同 变化；与西汉前期相比，西汉中后期诸侯王在法律上享有的特权受到很大限制与 削弱，犯罪后所受刑罚逐渐加重，但是相较一般民众，依然比较轻；西汉中后期 中央王朝采取各种措施加强对诸侯王的监督，防止再次出现危害皇权统治的行 为；诸侯王案件审理的特殊性以及司法的皇权化。 总之，希望通过对西汉中后期同姓诸侯王犯罪问题的历史考察，从一个侧面 加深对西汉政治史和社会史的理解。 关键词：诸侯王 犯罪 刑罚 监督 司法 ABSTRACT In the mid-and-late of XiHan Dynasty, Feudatory Kings status gradually decline and the power Gradually reduce.
