To investigate 270 voluntary pregnancy women regularly checking body in our obstetrical out-patient about the predisposing factors of pregnancy and Vulvovaginal Candidiasis by questionnaire face to face between Jun, 2005 and Dec, 2005. 2. To treat voluntary pregnancy women by Daktarin or Clotrimazole which are regularly checking body in our obstetrical out-patient between Oct, 2005 and Dec, 2006. Following up the patients with or without treatment to observe the pregnancy outcome and have amniotic fluid and fetal membrane to cultivate and confirm Candida species. 3.
