摘要 每个人在人生的路上肯定都是要经历读书、工作、婚恋等一系列事情的。 这些都是人生大事。但是，对不同的群体而言，由于各自的生活状态不同，对 这些事情的感受也是不一样的。高校扩招使得研究生越来越多；而目前社会上 的各种因素，又使就业、婚恋成了现在普遍存在的问题。这些对那些女性研究 生们又有什么不同的意义呢？ 本论文以一个在读的女性研究生“小莱”为研究合作者，做了一个叙事研 究。由于选择的是对“个”的研究，而不是“群”，所以不能可靠地由“个”推 出“类”，尤其是不能推出“所有的女性研究生”，但是这中间所揭示出的女性 与研究生教育间的种种困惑和两难，也可以为我们现在的女性研究生的教育作 一个小小的注释。 当我们改变惯有的思考模式，从女性研究生本身来看这些问题时，某些曾 被人所忽视的东西就会昭然若现。当从这些事及社会的角度来看它们对身处其 中的女性的要求时，很多不同的事实也会不断涌现，所有的这些都会使我们更 清楚地了解女性研究生的生存状态，她们的困惑和诉求。 在论文中这一系列的问题都是在小莱的生活故事中展开并分析的，作者深 入地探讨角色冲突、婚恋、就业等多种因素之间的内在联络和互动关系，并试 图将这种解析与更为宏大的社会文化和教育制度背景联系起来考虑。 关键词：女性，研究生，就业，婚恋，双重角色 I ABSTRACT You have to go through many things when you set foot on your Life, and some of them are indispensable, such as school, profession, marriage and so on .But different people will have different opinions. More and more graduates enroll universities every year, and the unemployment rate is high, when they graduate from university three years later, they are not so young as the early 20s, their parents and relatives will be anxious about their profession and marriage. Have they considered such things ？ How do they think of these things? My parter is “Xiao Lai”, and it is narrative research. All of the words are based on my interview with “Xiao Lai”, so this is a research of “individual” ,not “group”. The puzzle, the confusion you can get from “Xiao Lai”, may be not suitable for everyone. You just can say you get something that may happen to some graduate students.
