But the original artificial business model can’t meet the industry development needs. The ERP project of Suzhou Daily News(parts of Suzhou Press Group) is the main object of this paper. With the use of Ufida NC, which is a kind of ERP( enterprise resource planning) products, this paper try to create a information management system. According to The investigation and analysis of the actual operation situation of Newspaper Group and the characteristics of the development of publishing industry, we optimized Most of the business process. Then we give users the formulation of the system design and solutions using the method of researching operational data and taking to company executives and key users. We also decorate the system environment .UF NC cluster server occupy a dominant position. At last, summarize the key factors of the project implementation . The main task is to formulate UFIDA NC-OA system design blueprint on the basis of combination of the requirements analysis early days. Then Basic information input and the role of rights management has been done with responsible for communication between the project team and the customer. The initialization of Document flow module, the system of public information management module hold all my time so that Human resource management, investment management, interface management module are not collected.
