中文摘要
学校与家庭,两者对青少年儿童的成长影响最大、也最为直接。因此,加强
两者之间的联系与沟通,不仅能够为学生的健康成长营造一个良好的环境,而且
可以有效地防止社会的不良现象对学生的影响。家校合作已经成为当今世界教育
改革中不容忽视的课题,欧美发达国家为确保教育质量的提高,一直在努力争取
影响学生成长中的关键力量——家长的支持。
在我国,家校合作还处于探索阶段和初级阶段,在具体实践中仍存在不少问
题。本课题通过文献法,专家咨询法,调查法,行动研究法,案例研究法等方法,
针对目前家校合作中存在的思想上,方法上的问题及误区开展调查,分析,找出
症结。发现当前在家校合作过程及方法上存在着随意性强、盲目屈从,重智轻德、
信息渠道单一,合作活动缺乏计划性等问题,使得家校合作的实际效果差强人意。
本课题研究提出了以民主、温馨、和谐的合作氛围营造科学,健康的家校合
作环境;以科学化的管理,现代化的技术创造性地开展家校合作活动;加强教师
家校合作专业化技能的培养等策略,力争使得家校合作真正做到以人为本,全面
协调可持续发展,促使家校合作成为推动学校发展,学科发展,学生发展的重要
力量。

Abstract
School and family have the most direct and greatest influence on
children’s growth. Therefore, enhanced link and communication would not
only provide children with a benign surrounding, but protect them from
negative social events. The cooperation between school and family can no
more neglected in the term of worldwide educational reform. In western
countries, to guarantee the quality of education, support from family,
which plays a key role in children’s growth, is always being strived for.
In China, school-and-family cooperation is still in the exploration
and beginning stage. There exist not a few difficulties in the practice.
Through documental analysis, consulting method, investigation technique,
Action research method and Case study method, surveys and analysis are to
be carried out for eliminating the problems and misunderstanding in
opinions and methods as well as for finding solutions to randomness,
blindness, imbalance and monotonousness which lead to the inefficiency of
school-family cooperation.
This issue is to set up a rational and positive school-and-family
cooperation base with patterns of democracy and harmony, to promote
school-and-family activities with scientific management and modern
technology. It also intends to improve teachers’ skills and strategi
