孕期乳房护理的研究进展 吴文燕 余俊娟 [摘要] 产妇在哺乳期常常遇到乳头破裂、肿胀等乳房问题，是早期停止母乳喂养重要原因之一。从孕期开展乳房护理能有效减少产后乳房问题的发生。本文对孕期乳房护理进行文献回顾，探讨孕期可行的乳房护理具体措施，从而提高母乳喂养率。 [关键词] 乳房；护理干预；孕期；乳房护理；综述 Abstract: Breast problems, such as nipple pain, breast swelling, are often occurred to breastfeeding mothers, which lead to the early cessation of breastfeeding. Breast care during preganacy can effectively to reduce such problems. To review the literature on breast care during pregnancy and to delineate effective strategies for the prevention of nipple pain, therefore enhancing breastfeeding rate.
